Orders in our webshop
Your order will be prepared for shipment as soon as possible. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home address or you can provide an alternative delivery address. Your package will be delivered by a courier to the delivery address you have provided. You will receive a notification regarding the delivery. If delivery cannot take place, or cannot take place on time because an item is out of stock or for any other reason, you will be informed as soon as possible. It is also possible to pick up your order in our department store. You can indicate this during the ordering process.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs may be charged for delivery. Depending on the total amount, your order will be shipped either with or without shipping charges. For orders under €60, €5.95 will be charged. This amount is automatically added to the shopping cart. Payment can be made in advance via iDeal or Bancontact Mister Cash, or by cash on delivery. For cash-on-delivery shipments of €2000 or less, a fee of €10 will be charged. Cash-on-delivery shipments above €2000 are not possible.

Returns
We stand 100% behind our products. Therefore, you can rely on the best service from us. For purchases made in our webshop, a 14-day return period applies. If items do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 days with sufficient postage. Returns are only possible if the item is undamaged and unused, preferably in the original packaging. If the packaging is so damaged that we cannot sell the item as new, at least 25% of the purchase amount will be deducted. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. A return form must always be fully completed and included with the return shipment.

If you placed an order over €60, no shipping costs were charged. If part of the order is returned, the €5.95 shipping contribution will be charged. This applies if the total order amount falls below €60 after the return.

It is, of course, unfortunate if you have a complaint about our service as you have experienced it. We kindly ask that you submit your complaint preferably by email to our customer service department. Our staff will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will inform you. If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, of which Coppens Warenhuis is a member. If the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you may submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).

Privacy Policy
When contacting us, we may request your information. This makes it possible for us to process your questions and respond to your requests. We act in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Our employees will respect the confidentiality of your data.

Tuinbroekshop.nl specializes in selling dungarees and overalls. We have dungarees available for men, women, children, and carnival. Once you have found the dungarees you want, you will receive them at home within two working days.
